Supplier onboarding is open. Our first product collection is being verified before launch.

Australian independent online retail

A small retailer built to be a good supplier customer.

Offcut Supply Co. is preparing a focused eBay AU range. We start with a few products, verify the details, show delivery clearly, respect channel rules and fulfil orders carefully. Our Shopify store is currently inactive.

How we buy

Fewer products. Better groundwork.

We are not building a scraped catalogue. Every product must have a confirmed source, clear specifications, destination-aware delivery and a channel the supplier has approved.

01

Permission before promotion

We confirm where a product may be sold, how brand assets may be used and whether marketplace restrictions apply. A supplier's answer becomes part of the product record.

02

Delivery before checkout

We verify stock and the buyer's destination delivery cost before accepting payment. The delivery charge is shown clearly or explicitly included in the displayed price—never discovered after purchase.

03

Specifications before claims

Electrical, plumbing, child, load-rated and other regulated products require applicable documentation. We do not fill gaps with assumptions.

04

Manual before automated

Early orders are reviewed and placed manually. Automation comes later, after the ordering, tracking, returns and warranty process works in practice.

Operating profile

A controlled launch, not a catalogue dump.

Our initial range will contain three to five verified products. Approved products may sell through our Australian website or eBay AU when the supplier permits that channel and delivery costs can be presented clearly.

“If a product cannot be supplied honestly, it does not go live.”

That means no false stock counters, invented reviews, copied compliance claims or orders accepted while fulfilment is uncertain. We would rather show a smaller range than create a bad experience for a supplier or customer.

Product approval

What happens before a listing appears.

The same four checks apply whether a supplier has five products or fifty thousand.

Commercial review

Item price, destination delivery, payment costs and likely returns must leave a sustainable contribution.

Product verification

We match the exact model and specification across supplier data, retail listings and applicable registers.

Fulfilment check

Stock, dispatch timing, tracking, packaging identity and return handling are documented.

Limited release

One clear listing goes live. Early orders are monitored before the range expands.

Working together

A practical supplier relationship.

We keep the first conversation specific. Product data and fulfilment rules matter more than sales theatre.

What we ask suppliers for

  • Current retailer or wholesale pricing
  • Reliable stock and product data
  • Postcode delivery costs and exclusions
  • Permission to use supplied product content
  • Packaging, tracking, returns and warranty details
  • Compliance documents where applicable

What suppliers can expect

  • Approved channels are respected
  • Product claims follow supplied evidence
  • Early orders receive manual oversight
  • Customer issues are raised with useful order details
  • Products are paused when stock or fulfilment is uncertain
  • Range expansion follows actual sales and service quality

Current stage: eBay range preparationShopify is inactive. No product goes live until stock, delivery, margin and product identity pass verification.

Questions

Useful details, stated plainly.

Where will products be sold?

eBay Australia is the first active sales channel. Dropshipzone permits its products on eBay AU and our own site, but Shopify is currently inactive. Other suppliers are handled according to their written channel rules. A listing only goes live when stock and destination delivery can be verified.

How will delivery costs be shown?

On our own site, the buyer's postcode is used to obtain the applicable supplier zone rate before payment. On eBay AU, the listing must show the delivery charge or clearly state that delivery is included in the item price, with unsupported regions excluded. We do not advertise free delivery unless the verified rate is zero or the cost has been deliberately included.

Do you automate supplier orders?

Not at the start. We manually review early customer orders, destination delivery and current stock before placing a supplier order. We only automate a process after it has been proven.

How many products do you plan to launch?

Three to five products initially. We want enough activity to learn, without creating a large unsupported catalogue.

What product categories are you considering?

Compact practical goods with clear specifications, low service risk and a genuine Australian use case. Regulated products require complete documentation before listing.

Are you registered for GST?

No. The ABR lists the business as not currently registered for GST. We will update this page if that changes.

Who operates Offcut Supply Co.?

Offcut Supply Co. is a registered business name operated by sole trader Tuan Anh Tran in New South Wales, Australia.
