The Honest Version

Everything we sell is made to order. That means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you — your item is printed specifically for your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues the way a standard retailer can.

We know that is not ideal. So here is what we do instead: we put real effort into sizing guides, accurate product photos, and making sure you have what you need to order with confidence.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is not what you ordered — we will fix it, full stop. No questions, no hassle.

Just email us at hello@offcutsupply.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund

We will sort it out quickly. Replacements are dispatched as fast as we can get them through production. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Wrong Size?

Before you order, take two minutes to check our Size Guide. We include chest measurements for every size — comparing those to a tee you already own is the most reliable way to get the right fit.

If you ordered the wrong size and the item arrived correctly as ordered, we are unable to offer an exchange — but reach out anyway at hello@offcutsupply.com.au and we will see what we can do.

Change of Mind

Because each order goes into production almost immediately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed. If you catch a mistake within an hour of ordering, email us straight away and we will do our best — but we cannot guarantee we will get to it in time.

Change of mind returns are not available for print-on-demand products. We get it, it is a bit annoying — but it is the trade-off for sustainable, waste-free production.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear in your account.
