How It Works

Every item in the Offcut Supply Co. range is printed on demand — that means it gets made specifically for you when you place your order. No warehouses full of unsold stock, no waste. Just your order, made fresh.

We fulfil through Printful, so your order is printed at their Australian facility or the nearest available location depending on product and stock availability.

Shipping Rates

All times are estimates from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date you place it. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order even hits the post.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will get a tracking number by email. Sometimes it takes a day or two for the carrier to scan it into the system, so do not stress if it looks stuck at first — it is moving.

If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of ordering, flick us a message at hello@offcutsupply.com.au and we will sort it out.

Holiday Delays

Around Christmas, Easter, and major sale periods, production and courier times can blow out. If you are shopping for a gift, give yourself an extra week or two of buffer. We will post heads-ups on our socials and site when things are likely to be slower than usual.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country and local customs. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer — sorry, that is just how customs works and it is out of our hands.
