**Terms of Service — Offcut Supply Co.** Last updated: 11 April 2026 By using offcutsupply.com.au and placing an order, you agree to these terms. **Products** All products are print-on-demand. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print. We use high-quality direct-to-garment and sublimation printing. **Pricing** All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices are locked in at the time of your order. **Orders** Once an order is placed, it is sent to our print partner for production. Production typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. **Shipping** We ship Australia-wide. Standard shipping is 5-10 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75 AUD. International shipping is not currently available. **Cancellations** Because items are printed on demand, we cannot cancel orders once production has begun. If your order has not entered production, contact us at hello@offcutsupply.com.au and we will do our best to help. **Intellectual property** All designs, copy, and branding on this site are the property of Offcut Supply Co.
