We ship Australia-wide from Brisbane (tees) and Melbourne (home goods). All orders are printed on demand, so allow 2–3 business days for production before shipping.

Returns
Changed your mind? No dramas. Here’s how it works:
- You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Send us an email at hello@offcutsupply.com.au with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
- Return shipping is on you, unless we stuffed up the order.
Faulty or Wrong Item?
If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, get in touch straight away. We’ll replace it or refund you — no mucking around.
